Considering the benefits of exercise during pregnancy,
many pregnancy exercise programs are now in vogue. The pregnancy exercise

Most exercise programs try to develop training programs, which develop
the skills and techniques helpful to the pregnant woman not only during
childbirth but also during and after her pregnancy. As exercise during

exercises like Kegels, which help during and after childbirth. Some exercises
which involve a lot of exertion like scuba diving, jumping skipping, skiing
and other strenuous aerobic exercises, which require straining of muscles
must be avoided. Simple exercises like walking, stretching, yoga, swimming
are considered safe during pregnancy as they help in strengthening the
muscles.
The most important fact which one must bear in mind before starting on
any pregnancy exercise programs is that no form of exercise should be
done or begun without the advise of a qualified doctor.
