By working from the safety of her home she is protected from various issues like personal security and sexual harassment at the work place.

Though women who work from their homes have a lot many advantages, it is important that they are able to balance their work schedules and other interests to get the maximum benefit of the opportunity. Nowadays there are many kinds of job opportunities available to women that do not require a lot of technical knowledge and skill. This has provided women with various levels of skills to get employment and thereby improve their standard of living.

Women who work at home constitute a large part of the economy and are slowly playing a major role in the overall economics of their countries.
